  • Conducted the research “Legal and Regulatory Review of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics in Bangladesh” for Vital Strategies, New York, USA, and Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI), USA for reform of laws related to CRVSID management of Bangladesh.
  • The effect of the taxation regime/policies of Bangladesh on the telecommunication sector as compared to other jurisdictions as India and the

  • Under sections 261 and 263 of the Companies Act 2006, whether a shareholder will be given permission to continue a derivative claim now depends only on whether a judge think continuing the claim will be in the company’s commercial interests.
